These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://adsglobal.org operated by Shri Ahmedabad Dishawal Samaj ("Samaj", "we", "our", or "us"), a socio-cultural public welfare trust based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

By accessing or using this website, registering for events, submitting matrimonial profiles, applying for membership, or completing online payments, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility & Community Services

Shri Ahmedabad Dishawal Samaj provides socio-cultural, welfare, and matrimonial services primarily to members of the Dishawal community and affiliated Vaishnav Vanik samaj members:

• Parinay Setu / Lagdotsav Matrimonial Portal: Facilitating matrimonial candidate matchmaking, publication of directory booklets, and organizing Parichay Pasandgi Sammelan.
• Community Events & Passes: Online booking and registration for cultural festivals, annual gatherings, seminars, and youth/seniors programs.
• Samaj Membership: Issuance and renewal of life/regular community memberships.
• Charitable Donations: Accepting voluntary contributions for student hostels (Chhatralaya), educational aid, medical assistance, and general welfare funds.

3. Accuracy & Authenticity of Information

When submitting registration forms (particularly for Matrimonial candidates or Event delegates):

• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the forms.
• Candidate photos uploaded must be genuine, recent, passport-style photographs of the actual candidate.
• You affirm that you have full authorization and legal consent from the candidate and their family to submit the profile.
• Right to Reject: Shri Ahmedabad Dishawal Samaj reserves the unconditional right to verify, approve, reject, or cancel any registration with incorrect, improper, incomplete, or duplicate information. The Samaj will not be responsible for any printing or typographical errors arising from candidate-submitted details.

4. Fees, Pricing & Payment Terms

All fees, registration charges, lunch coupon costs, and membership dues displayed on this website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹):

• Online Payment Gateway: Digital payments (UPI, RuPay, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking) are securely processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (PayU).
• Direct Digital Receipts: Upon successful transaction completion, an official computer-generated receipt carrying a unique Transaction Reference Number (TxnID) is immediately generated. This is an official digital record and does not require a physical signature.
• Any extra bank charges, convenience fees, or gateway charges applicable shall be indicated at checkout.

5. Cancellation, Rejection & Refund Policy

• Matrimonial Registration Fees: Matrimonial registrations are subject to administrative scrutiny. If an application is rejected by the administrative committee due to invalid documents or duplicate registration, the eligible refund will be initiated by the Samaj administration through our official refund gateway process to the original payment source. Once a profile has been printed in the official booklet or published, fees become non-refundable.
• Event Admission Passes & Lunch Coupons: Passes and food coupons once confirmed and issued are non-cancellable and non-transferable, as hall arrangements and catering provisions are finalized in advance. In the rare event that an event is cancelled by the Samaj committee, applicable refunds will be processed.
• Voluntary Charitable Donations: Donations made to Samaj funds (Chhatralaya, Education, Medical, etc.) are voluntary charitable offerings and are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under Indian Trust Act guidelines.

6. Electronic Communication & WhatsApp Consent

By providing your mobile telephone number and email address on this website:

• You explicitly authorize Shri Ahmedabad Dishawal Samaj to send transactional SMS messages, automated WhatsApp notifications (via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform), and official emails.
• These messages will convey essential booking receipts, event passes with QR/barcodes, matrimonial status updates (Approved / Under Review), and critical samaj announcements.
• The Samaj will never send unrelated commercial marketing or third-party promotional messages.

7. Code of Conduct & Confidentiality

The matrimonial directory and candidate biodata are strictly intended for personal, non-commercial matrimonial alliances within the community:

• You agree not to copy, screenshot, bulk download, publish on social media, or distribute candidate photographs or contact information without explicit permission.
• Any harassment, commercial solicitation, or unauthorized misuse of contact numbers found through the Samaj portal is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Intellectual Property & Website Content

All logos, banners, event graphics, software source code, and directory publications on adsglobal.org are the exclusive property of Shri Ahmedabad Dishawal Samaj or its licensed technical vendors (Shambhu e-Solutions Pvt Ltd). Unauthorized duplication or alteration is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of this website or samaj services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
